DOORS AND WINDOWS

Contact Us

Ferhōm door and window systems are engineered to meet Canadian climatic requirements while delivering exceptional aesthetics. With a 75 mm profile depth, the W75 TB system accommodates high-performance insulating glass units, double or triple glazed, and up to 52 mm thick, optimizing energy efficiency. Ferhōm systems combine ultra-slim, refined sightlines with high thermal and acoustic performance, while ensuring the durability and reliability required for demanding architectural applications.

Composition

Ferhōm doors and windows consist of 75mm or 83mm deep steel posts and crosspieces, connected by a thermal bridge break made of polyamide reinforced with glass fibers. This design makes it possible to integrate high-performance insulating glass, double or triple, up to 57 mm thick. Steel, available in galvanized, corten or stainless steel, ensures exceptional rigidity and ultra-thin profile lines, maximizing the glazed area and the supply of natural light, while offering durability, high level thermal and acoustic insulation.

Breakage of the thermal bridge

Thermal bridge break with reinforced polyamide

To meet Canadian climatic requirements, thermal separation is achieved using a glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide thermal break, delivering excellent thermal performance. This material is both robust and lightweight, while offering high insulating properties that significantly reduce heat transfer between the interior and exterior.

The resulting thermal insulation enables the system to achieve U-values compatible with Passive House Canada requirements. The system is also equipped with double EPDM weather seals, ensuring outstanding resistance to air infiltration, water penetration, and wind.
